Расположение комплекса прекрасное, хорошая, ухоженная территория. Номер был небольшой, но достаточно уютный, чистый. Плохо было с питанием.

хотели бы приехать еще раз, но толком не понятна информация об экскурсиях, как бронировать, сколько человек нужно. необходимо поработать с персоналом, чтобы не создавалось впечатление что тебя совсем не хотят видеть, закатывают глаза и нехотя встают и спрашивают что будете есть, проработать меню завтраков, чтобы понимать что тебе принесут, а не самим спрашивать у официанта, в итоге получить ответ яичница или греча с сосиской. не понятно какого размера порция, что еще будет. надо все таки сделать меню завтраков и его поставить на столы. при входе в бар утром было ощущение, что мы приперлись в самый не подходящий момент. администаторы должны быть заинтересованы в продаже доп услуг и рассказывать сами про них, а не вытягивать из администратора информацию щипцами. more
